Terms of service

1. The service

Nordix Studio, a brand of Dokoyo Koyo Holding OÜ, builds and hosts websites for new companies. The Landing package includes a custom site of up to 3 pages, responsive, with a contact form and basic SEO, hosting, security and backups, your domain connected, and an AI assistant to edit the site.

Business and Custom App are not bought online: they start from a written quote, and the quote's conditions apply.

2. Price and payment

Landing costs €499 one-time for the site setup (launch price until 31 October 2026; after that date the price is €750) plus a monthly fee of €14.99. Prices exclude VAT: VAT is added at checkout.

Payment is online by card through Stripe. The first charge covers the setup and the first month; from the next month only the monthly fee is charged. Stripe issues the receipt; the invoice is sent to you by email.

3. Delivery time

Your site is live within 24 hours to 1 week from the moment you have paid and sent us your content, meaning you have filled in the short form about your business. If the content is incomplete the time runs from when it is complete. As soon as the preview is ready we write to you.

4. Changes before publishing

Before publishing you see the preview and can ask for one round of changes included in the price. Nothing becomes public without your «Publish» command.

5. The monthly fee

After the initial payment the platform fee is charged every month. It includes maintenance, edits and updates, hosting, security, backups and the AI assistant within your plan limits — everything is included in the fee.

Renewal is monthly and automatic. You can cancel at any time from the client area («Manage payment and invoices»): the site stays online until the end of the period already paid. Amounts already due are not refundable.

6. The AI assistant and its limits

The assistant can change texts, contact details and other content of your site. It does not insert external code or scripts, and it does not create new pages, special features or online shops: for those you ask for a quote.

The assistant can make mistakes: always check the preview before publishing. You can go back to the previous version with one click and see the history of changes. The Landing plan includes up to 30 edits made by the assistant and 600 messages a month; the limits renew on the 1st of each month and are also shown in the client area. For fair use the assistant may stop until the next month if its use exceeds a monthly usage ceiling: you can always edit your site in the editor.

7. Your content

Your content stays yours and we export it on request. You are responsible for what you publish: illegal or deceptive content, or content imitating other companies, is not allowed, and we may pause publishing in that case.

8. If you do not pay the fee

We warn you by email from the due date. Your site stays online for 14 days after the due date. If payment is not settled within 14 days the site goes offline and we suspend access to the client area; content and data are kept and go back online as soon as the fee is paid.

9. Withdrawal and refunds

If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason by writing to hello.nordixstudio@gmail.com; if you ask to start immediately and the service has been fully performed, the right lapses once performance is complete, and for partial performance the proportional amount is due. Withdrawal does not apply to businesses. The details are in the terms you sign.

10. Liability and governing law

We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault up to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months; indirect damage and lost profit are excluded. Estonian law applies; the courts of Tallinn are competent, subject to mandatory consumer venues.
